President:
Charles Beard has been providing
information management services and consulting since 1975. He is a
recognized industry leader in developing innovative records
management systems that combine active and archive information. Mr.
Beard is a member of the Association of Information and Image
Management (AIIM International), an active member of the Association
of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), and is a candidate to
the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM). Mr. Beard has
been internationally recognized with one of the inaugural Masters of
Information Technology Awards from AIIM International in 1997 for
his years of dedicated professional services and contributions to
the Information Management Industry. Mr. Beard holds a B.B.A. in
Management from Lamar University.

Vice President:
Robert Petry joined the
DynaSource team after 27 years with Gulf States Utility/Entergy. He
brings detail oriented management skills as an accountant, a
customer relation's supervisor and as a director of internal
auditing to DynaSource. Mr. Petry is experienced in helping
departmental and corporate management staff eliminate workflow
bottlenecks and develop result oriented solutions. His knowledge,
experience and understanding of corporate structures, procedures and
policies allow him to effectively bridge critical path areas and
discover ways to redirect the use of funds to their best potential.
He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA, 1990),
and has obtained his certification in Internal Auditing (CIA, 1990).
He holds a B.B.A. in general business from Lamar
University.

Development and Software Manager:
Troy
Nichols joined the DynaSource team in 1997. Mr. Nichols brings wide-based
knowledge of network management, systems analysis, and programming to the
DynaSource team. Mr.
Nichols is the author of all DynaSource integration programs. Mr. Nichols holds
a Bachelor of Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach. |

Sales Assistant:
Chris
Foust joined the DynaSource team in 1999. Mr. Foust is responsible for
installation of all Laserfiche Document Imaging projects. Mr. Foust holds a
B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Lamar University. |

Production Coordinator:
Cathy
Wright joined DynaSource in 1996. Mrs. Wright’s duties include working
directly with clients to develop Laserfiche database filing structures including
the building of folders and document templates. She provides Laserfiche
"help desk" duties and coordinates the backlog scanning schedules for
the DynaSource Conversion Center. Additionally, Mrs. Wright provides in-house
training to production personnel and assists with on-site training for clients.
